Job purpose

 

To provide program and general support.

 

Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting topics and responding to Interact blog posts
  • Take meeting minutes
  • Set up meetings as required
  • Keep Program Manager advised on a daily basis of issues as they arise
  • Assist in responding to industry and customer inquiries
  • Assist in collaborating with industry and customers to acquire necessary information like Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA) processing, scope review follow up, task order award information, etc.
  • Assist in the tracking of pre-award task order scope review, analysis and recommendations
  • Assist in the tracking of post-award task order scope review, analysis and recommendations
  • Assist in providing status reports as requested
  • Assist in planning training and travel/meeting/event logistics
  • Assist in Market Research efforts
  • Delegated Procurement Authority (DPA)
  • Training History maintenance  and tracking (list of past training used to verify information provided by DPA requestors)
  • DPA Training Attendance List Maintenance and tracking
  • DPA Holder List maintenance and tracking (includes what training they took- DPA, Overview, Majic, etc; When there is an expiration, When a holder moves to another agency or retires)
  • Solicitation and Award Document maintenance and content tracking
  • DPA group email management (Corresponds with people interested in training, submitting validation required for a DPA post training, routing questions to alternate group email boxes)
  • Provides DPA Emergency Training information and follow up
  • Provides DPA Training Certificates (Until verification that FAITAS or alternate system can take over this function)  Reviews DPA requests, corresponds with requestors, provides certificates
  • Document maintenance within the internal data storage platform and Team Google Drives
  • Data summaries, internal correspondence, external correspondence primarily with agency representatives
  • Tracking of contractor reported payment on Contract Access Fee
  • Identification of discrepancies and preparing/delivering corrective action
  • Developing monthly, quarterly and year end reports to include but not limited to: contractor performance , CAF reporting, training, DPA training
  • Assist with other program related activities as necessary

All work for this position will be performed in either the Fort Worth, TX , Auburn, WA office or Washington D.C. office.
