Job purpose


To provide financial analyst support


Duties and responsibilities

  • Active Contractor Noncompliance Identification and Reporting
  • Payment Validation (Funds Processing)                                
  • Non-Active Task Order Closeout
  • Establishment of Contract Access Fee (CAF) Rates within the Contract Payment Reporting Module (CPRM) system
  • Verification of contract reference for payment submissions
  • Refund processing
  • Generate distribute routine systems reports on a periodic release schedule.
  • Generate reports and update dashboards utilizing Tableau, Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
  • System quality assurance review and reconciliation
  • Invoice data quality assurance review and reconciliation
  • Analyze the issues in the assignment, then selecting and applying accepted analytical techniques such as task analysis, performance tracking, fee reconciliation, risk management, data quality assurance, work simplification, work-flow charts, and  management and organizational practices to determine the most efficient way to organize work;
  • Using qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to research and gather narrative and/or statistical information and applicable work methods and procedures to meet reporting deadlines and carry out the successive steps in fact-finding and analysis of issues necessary to complete each phase of assigned work/projects; provide analytic techniques on data requests from the Program Manager and senior executives within the Portfolio
  • Apply analytical and evaluative techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems of a procedural or factual nature.
  • Conduct studies of statistical, descriptive, or evaluative information, materials, and data, to choose, interpret or adapt available guidelines to specific issues or subjects studied
  • Identifying and developing data required for use in the management and direction of programs
  • Assist in preparing or preparing and delivering dynamic and robust presentations to management and/or senior staff employee(s) on study findings and recommendations; using tools to include but not limited to PowerPoint, Google Applications, online resources, and dashboards
  • Perform other analytical and evaluative work to enhance his/her developing skill and experience base
  • Utilize strong marketing and communication skills 
  • Apply analytical and evaluative techniques during the administration of customer service to program stakeholders
  • Collaboration with program stakeholders to ensure implementation and sustainment of initiatives
  • Ability to learn how to use program specific systems and applications
  • Ability to negotiate with executive stakeholders that may not agree on approach or design



  • Skilled in a variety of Business Intelligence tools including, Business Objects and Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Spreadsheets
  • Skilled with incremental IT application development

All work for this position will be performed in either the Auburn, WA office or Washington D.C. office or Fort Worth, TX.
